Thomas Outlen

A native of Baltimore, Thomas Outlen began taking lessons from his elementary school’s band director at the age of nine. Thomas continued to play the saxophone as a hobby until he began high school at the Baltimore School for the Arts. There he discovered his passion for music and decided to pursue a career in it. Thomas is currently a senior majoring in Music Performance at Penn State University.
